Southern Utah Health & Wellness Magazine

is dedicated to giving our region’s professionals a trusted platform to share their knowledge,  and passion. Each issue features insights from local experts, medical providers, fitness coaches, mental health counselors, nutritionists, and wellness innovators, allowing their voices to reach the communities they care for and strengthening the connection between residents and the people who support their well-being every day.

We believe powerful stories inspire meaningful change. That’s why we curate real experiences, expert insights, and practical guidance that empower readers to make confident, informed decisions about their health. From prevention and mental wellness to movement, nutrition, and balanced living, we showcase the very best of Southern Utah’s health community—creating a trusted space where healthier, more vibrant lives begin.

Our Newsstand Locations and Digital Subscriptions

We currently distribute our magazine free to the public at dozens of newsstands throughout St. George, Ivins, Kayenta, Santa Clara, Washington, Hurricane, and Springdale. We also hand-deliver copies to hundreds of waiting areas throughout the area: medical and dental offices, salons, spas, fitness centers, and other high-traffic wellness environments. In addition, we provide complimentary distribution to our advertisers at their respective locations.

Our Readership & Distribution

This isn’t just another publication. It’s a trusted voice in the community.

Southern Utah Health & Wellness Magazine is uniquely built on credibility. Every article is written by doctors and health professionals who are not only experts in their field, but who are deeply invested in educating the community and maintaining their professional integrity.

That means readers don’t just flip through our pages—they trust what they read.

And that trust extends to the businesses we feature.

When you advertise with us, you’re not interrupting someone’s attention. Instead, you’re becoming part of a resource people actively seek out to improve their lives.

We print 10,000 copies per issue and publish six times a year, reaching a highly engaged, health-conscious audience. Because readers view the magazine as a resource for better health, each copy is kept, shared, and passed along. Copies left in waiting areas are read by multiple individuals, thus extending the magazine’s reach to an estimated 30,000 readers and delivering value well beyond the initial read.

Distribution is intentional. Messages placed in Southern Utah Health & Wellness Magazine reach people while they are already thinking about their health and well-being. In these environments, readers don’t just glance: they read, reflect, and consider.

To expand exposure beyond print, advertisers are also featured on our website and social media platforms, with direct links back to their businesses, creating a seamless connection between print visibility and digital engagement.

Southern Utah Health & Wellness Directory

For our readers, our directory offers a convenient one-stop resource to discover trusted local health and wellness providers tailored to your needs.

For providers, it creates a valuable platform to showcase their expertise, increase visibility, and connect with an engaged community seeking quality care and wellness services.
